1. Agreement

By using Zamski you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Zamski analyses data from the systems a company connects in order to produce evidence-backed findings for investors, boards, and executives.

How it works:

  • You connect platforms through OAuth.
  • We analyse the connected data, including with language models.
  • You receive findings with the evidence behind them.
  • You control what is connected and can disconnect at any time.

Recording consent

When you connect tools that record or transcribe meetings, you are responsible for notifying participants that transcription is active, following the applicable law on recording consent, and following your organization’s policies. We provide the tool. You handle the legal compliance.

3. Your responsibilities

By using Zamski you agree to:

  • Keep your account secure and not share credentials.
  • Use the service legally, with no hacking, spamming, or malicious activity.
  • Obtain permission before connecting organizational accounts.
  • Obtain the required consent before recording or transcribing meetings.
  • Follow the rules of the platforms you connect.

4. Our responsibilities

We will:

  • Protect your data with reasonable security measures.
  • Be transparent if something goes wrong.
  • Handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. The legal terms

Indemnification

If you use Zamski in a way that creates legal liability for us, such as recording meetings without consent, you cover our legal costs.

Liability limits

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages beyond what you have paid us. We are not responsible for lost profits, data loss, or third-party issues.

Termination

You can stop using Zamski at any time by disconnecting integrations and emailing us to delete your account. We can terminate your access if you violate these terms.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give 30 days’ notice by email. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
