Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 12, 2025
Last Updated: November 12, 2025

1. Agreement

By using Zamski, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

We're building in beta. Things might break. We'll do our best to keep everything running smoothly.

2. The Service

Zamski provides AI-powered intelligence for engineering teams. We analyze data from your connected tools (JIRA, GitHub, Slack, Zoom, etc.) to surface insights, patterns, and recommendations.

How it works:

  • You connect platforms via OAuth (read-only access)
  • We analyze your data with AI (Anthropic, OpenAI)
  • You get intelligence in real-time
  • You control what's connected and can disconnect anytime

Recording Consent (Zoom & Similar)

When you connect tools that record or transcribe meetings, YOU are responsible for:

  • Notifying participants that transcription is active
  • Following local laws (recording consent requirements vary by location)
  • Following your organization's policies

We provide the tool. You handle the legal compliance. When in doubt, announce it at the start of meetings or check with your legal team.

3. Your Responsibilities

By using Zamski, you agree to:

  • Keep your account secure (don't share passwords)
  • Use the service legally (no hacking, spamming, or malicious activity)
  • Get permission before connecting organizational accounts
  • Obtain required consent before recording/transcribing meetings
  • Follow the rules of connected platforms (JIRA, GitHub, Zoom, etc.)

4. Our Responsibilities

We'll do our best to:

  • Keep the service running (but we're in beta, so no guarantees)
  • Protect your data with reasonable security measures
  • Be transparent if something goes wrong
  • Handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy

5. Beta Access

Zamski is currently free while we're in beta. No credit card required.

If we introduce paid plans:

  • We'll give you 30 days notice
  • You can continue using free tier features or upgrade
  • Payments processed through Stripe (we don't see your card details)

6. The Legal Stuff

Indemnification

If you use Zamski in a way that gets us sued (like recording meetings without consent), you cover our legal costs. This is standard for SaaS tools.

Liability Limits

To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for damages beyond what you paid us (currently $0). We're not responsible for lost profits, data loss, or third-party issues.

Termination

You can stop using Zamski anytime by disconnecting integrations and emailing us to delete your account. We can terminate your access if you violate these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as Zamski evolves. For material changes, we'll email you 30 days in advance. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
